Sit and relax overlooking the peaceful Lake Emily. Enjoy the call of the loons, watch the eagles soar, or maybe see the Blue Herons fish - all while enjoying a breathtaking view of the lake. The sunsets are incredible and the peaceful solitude is unmatched.
Lake Emily is known for Muskie and Walleye fishing with plenty of pan fish and perch. For those wanting more active adventures, the 320 acre lake offers plenty of room for water play, canoeing, or kayaking. The Iron County ATV trail is adjacent to our drive and connects you to virtually anywhere you want to go in the surrounding counties. Golfing, hiking, and shopping are all within 10-20 minutes from the Haven. Fishing boats and kayaks are available for use on site.
The central fire pit is ideal for making s'mores and meeting new friends. The large lawn area is level to the lake and is perfect for a multitude of lawn games or an impromptu baseball game. The beach area starts out shallow enough for the toddlers to play and Mom and Dad can watch while sunning on the dock or while getting relief in the shade under the pavilion.
We have four clean, smoke-free, fully equipped, two-bedroom lake front cottages. Each unit has a TV with VCR and the necessary accessories to hook up your kid's video games. We furnish plenty of blankets, pillows, and sheets - but, please bring your own towels.
A picnic table and Weber grill are also provided with each cottage. Don't forget the charcoal!
